The Rhoman Group, Inc has evolved out of a collaborative effort combining over 30 years of service in the Long Term Care development industry. Our group has successfully transferred and/or purchased hundreds of millions of dollars in assets, business enterprises, and bed licenses. We have generated hundreds of opportunities for our network, and built a solid reputation of trust and dependability. Through securing CONs, POAs, and other state-level licenses/certifications, we have been integral in placing thousands of operational skilled nursing beds into service. We have worked with local officials, state regulators, non-profit entities, multi-national funding agencies, and business entities from small, local providers to national corporate conglomerates. Our experience, combined with our small business structure, position us and our extended network to be nimble in a fast-paced market place.

First, and foremost, I'm a husband and father.

I have worked in the Long Term Care industry for nearly 15 years. I have facilitated the acquisition and development of hundreds of millions of dollars worth of long term care properties in over 7 states. I have worked with state, county, and city government institutions, economic development entities, investors, brokers, builders, operators, ancillary service providers, contractors, building owners, administrators, financial entities in both the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

In addition, I have served on the boards of several non-profit civic and religious organizations.

 

My goal is simple...I want to help you be better, do more, and find success.

Outside of the Long Term Care community, I have helped several other companies expand, improve business practices, and develop client/customer relationship management protocols. I have worked on branding, marketing automation, direct sales initiatives, numerous training strategies, web development, material presentations, public relations, and people management. I have been both a free-lance copywriter, and a published book critic.

​For the past 21 years I have been committed in the Long Term Care industry to serve our aging citizens. Working in Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and other states, I develop and acquire Certificates of Need, Medicaid Allocations, and Permits of Approval for Skilled Long Term Care Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities. During my 21 years of service, I have procured over 4,200 nursing home bed licenses. 

I have, additionally, developed new facilities by assisting our clients in procuring beds, construction sites, and acquiring financing, architects, and construction companies. I have also worked in the negotiations of acquiring, through lease or purchase, numerous existing health care facilities.

 

Finally, I also maintain a current portfolio of partial ownership in nearly 20 Skilled Nursing Facilities either currently operating or in development in the state of Texas.
